Candice Fowler is the Chairwoman and CEO of Donco Electrical Construction, UDS’s parent company. She is responsible for leading and overseeing Donco and UDS’s long and short-term goals, ensuring they align with company strategy and culture. Candice ensures that Donco and UDS maintain high standards of corporate citizenship, social responsibility, and safety while also making certain the company maintains the proper capital and people to be successful. She is a member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Electrical Board of Missouri & Illinois, and the National Electrical Contractors Association. Candice has studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Memphis State University.
Lisa J. McQuade is the President of Donco Electrical Construction, UDS’s parent company. She oversees the daily operations and finances of both companies. Lisa’s involvement with Donco started as Vice President.
She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and obtained her MBA at Fontbonne University. Her background includes hospital management, law firm administration and construction management.
Lisa is actively involved as a board member with Caritas Family Solutions and her church sodality. She lives in Pocahontas, IL on a small farm and has two sons and two grandsons.
Gary Sheerin is the Vice President & Managing Agent in Charge of Utility Design Services. He is responsible for the business development and overall financial operations of the company. Gary has previously worked as a Regional Engineering Supervisor with Ameren Illinois and as an Electrical Engineer with both Advantage Engineering and BHMG Engineers. Gary’s experience includes being the Project Manager for Ameren Illinois’ St. Clare County Metrolink Extension and Mid-America Airport. Gary is also a Certified Training Instructor and is Secretary of the Belleville Electric Commission. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has completed graduate studies in business administration from Illinois State University.
Brandon McEwen is the Vice President/Engineering Manager at Utility Design Services. He is responsible for the company’s professional engineering activities and leads design teams for high voltage substations, relay protection and control, electrical system studies, and other electrical projects. Prior to UDS, Brandon worked as an Electrical Engineer and later a Project Engineer with BHMG Engineers. Brandon has a wide range of professional experience including project design work on complete substation projects, relay protection and control design, SCADA system design, power generation systems, arc flash studies, and other power system analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, and Hawaii.
Stacey Wolff is the Vice President of Utility Design Services. She is responsible for supervising the UDS gas and surveying departments. Stacey’s experience includes transmission pipeline design and relocation projects, distribution design and relocation projects, pipeline uprate projects, large utility coordination projects, IDOT compliance projects, municipal transportation and utility projects, oil tank yard facilities, right of way negotiation, roadway right of way plats, subdivision plats, and managing an Ameren NESC statewide project. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University and is both a Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Stacey enjoys playing and coaching sports, boating, and spending time with friends and family. She lives with her husband Jonathan and 3 children Mia, Brode, and Libby.
